Shipping Information

Milla & Roxy currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight and size

• Destination zip code

• Selected shipping method

• All costs are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options (calculated at checkout):

• Standard USPS (5-10 business days) — Economy option

• Priority USPS (2-3 business days) — Faster delivery

• Express USPS (1-2 business days) — Expedited option

Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. Check millandroxy.com or the carrier's website for real-time delivery updates.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

1. Contact us at orders@millandroxy.com immediately with your tracking number

2. Provide photos of damage (if applicable)

3. We will file a claim with the carrier or send a replacement

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun.
