RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility
At Milla & Roxy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Receipt or proof of purchase required
• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items cannot show signs of wear, water damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized items
• Damaged items due to customer negligence
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at orders@millandroxy.com with your order number
2. Provide details and reason for return
3. Wait for approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
4. Pack item securely and include your order number
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• If approved: We will issue a store credit refund to your account within 5-7 business days
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on millandroxy.com
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@millandroxy.com with photos. We will:
• Review the claim within 24 hours
• Provide a return label if claim is approved
• Issue a replacement or store credit
